Roxanne has been teaching yoga and leading trainings and personal development workshops in Ottawa for over 16 years. Her holistic approach ensures that her classes, in which she shares the teachings of Tantra, Ayurveda, mantra and meditation, are accessible to all levels. Roxanne is on a journey towards shamanic healing and is excited to offer this wisdom in her teachings.

Dr. Kristy Lewis is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who has been practicing for over 12 years. She is consistently rated the number one ND in Ottawa. With a practical, sustainable approach to whole-body healing, Dr. Lewis guides her patients towards improved vitality, optimal body functioning and disease prevention.

Both Roxanne and Kristy have co-lead trainings and workshops in a variety of settings.  They are excited to come together for their second weekend-escape retreat to help guests relax, renew, and take advantage of the wealth of knowledge and wisdom they have to share!

10:00 am:      Yoga & shamanic talk & yoga practice

2:00-3 pm:     Naturopathic talk
3:00-6 pm:     Free Time
