Natasha is one of those people that you just want to be around.  Natasha’s quest for beauty in life combined with her fierce courage and commitment to live authentically is her gift in this world.  

As a lifelong student and now a teacher of yoga, nutrition and energy since 2004, Natasha fell in love with the possibility of feeling great in mind, body and soul.  Her passion and purpose are to guide students to reconnect with their bodies through creative movement and breath.

After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher, Natasha found an even deeper calling in yoga when she discovered a specific style of yoga called Kula Flow.  A type of yoga that maintains a strong emphasis on intelligent body alignment and creative sequencing Natasha has travelled all over North America and spent 100’s of hours studying advanced Yoga training.

Natasha maintains a busy schedule offering weekly classes in the Ottawa community at Yogatown, Upward Dog Yoga and Pure Yoga.  She is currently offering online for virtual classes.  In addition to group classes, Natasha is available for corporate yoga and 1:1 services.  You also need to check out her retreat offerings.
