Week one: Individual but the same: understanding your personal physiology
Week two: Setting yourself up for success in the body: timing, quality, quantity, ratios of food choices
Week three: Setting yourself up for success in behaviour: groceries, meal prep, quick tips, food hacks
Week four: Understanding old beliefs: dieting, restrictions, food freedoms
Week five: Paying attention to your emotions: feeling, allowing, replacing behaviours
Week six: Making this your lifestyle: sustainability in everyday life
Each week will flow like this:

• Action plan and intention setting
