Patient Portal

You can access all of your personal records through your secure client portal. This portal is connected to our Jane system and allows you to review documents from previous visits anytime.

Simply click the Patient Portal Login button below and sign in using the email address you use to book appointments and click the My Account link. 

Once logged in, you will be able to:

  • View and download treatment plans
  • Access lab requisitions and blood work results
  • Review visit notes and documents
  • Manage your appointments and bookings
