After 2 decades of supporting people with their nutrition goals, the one thing I know to be true is that there is no one right nutrition program to follow. Every person has different nutritional needs, lifestyle factors and relationships with foods that need to be factored into what will be successful for them.

In this episode, I review Ketogenic, Paleo, Vegan and Intermittent fasting diets and share what I consider to be the pros and cons of each. I offer a take-home approach that allows for individuality and flexibility by including the best of each of these diets in a way that is both impactful and sustainable.
