Primary health care that combines conventional approach with traditional healing methods.  A whole-body approach to health that addresses the root cause of illness.  Includes the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic concerns.

Lifestyle Counselling

Daily behaviours like sleep, stress, mindset, movement and nutrition and their influence in optimizing health.

Nutrition counselling

Often the starting point for many treatment plans, food as medicine will be recommended according to your needs.  Each plan is tailored to your unique health requirements and goals.  On-going support to help you reach your goals.Emphasis on daily behaviours like sleep, stress, mindset, movement and nutrition and their influence in optimizing health.

Comprehensive lab testing

Time is spent understanding baseline lab values, and additional testing will be suggested to provide pertinent information about your health needs.  

Supplement plans

Therapeutic dosages of vitamins, minerals, botanicals, and other nutrients are recommended for your unique needs.  When indicated, individualized supplement prescriptions and online order options are available. 

Bio-identical hormone prescriptions

Used to correct imbalances and deficiencies in estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid hormones.  Available for prescription by licensed Naturopathic doctors: desiccated thyroid, transdermal estrogen, and progesterone, if indicated.  Closely monitored with lab values and adjusted based on individual needs.

Registered Psychotherapy

A collaborative approach to mental and emotional well-being.  Through open and non-judgemental dialogue, you will build a therapeutic relationship built on trust and support.  Together you will uncover the obstacles that are keeping you stuck.

We offer both individual and couples therapy.
